Planning Sessions for Seamless Events: From Promoters to Security Forces
- SESSION WITH THE PROMOTER: Meetings to define and outline what the promoter needs. They help to plan well and to achieve the exact objective of the event.
- LOCATIONS AND CALENDAR: Detailed study of the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the terrain. Closing of the most suitable dates depending on the terrain and the type of event.
- SESSION WITH THE COUNCIL: Informational meeting with the technical staff of the corresponding council to present the project. In successive meetings, the municipal technicians will specify the documents and items necessary to grant the installation and activity licence. These meetings are essential, as each council has its own evaluation criteria and meeting them contributes to the proper execution of the project.
- SESSIONS WITH SECURITY FORCES: It is essential to maintain fluid meetings with the technicians of the Fire Consortium, Civil Protection, Local Police and National Police.
- SESSIONS WITH OTHER ADMINISTRATIONS: Meetings with the technicians of all the sectoral bodies required. The smooth running of the event depends on positive reports from each competent administration.
- INVENTORY OF MATERIALS AND EQUIPMENT: Documentation and physical control of everything the event requires.
Planning
- TECHNICAL PROJECT: After analysing all the requirements to be met, EONOS develops the TECHNICAL PROJECT taking into account: The ephemeral installations and infrastructures necessary to comply with current regulations, technical requirements without losing sight of functionality and aesthetics.
- NORMATIVE COMPLIANCE: According to Law 13/1999 on Public Shows and Recreational Activities of Andalusia and Decree 195/2007, which sets out the general conditions for the holding of public shows.
- PLANIFICACIÓN DE LA LOGÍSTICA DEL EVENTO: Análisis alta calidad durante la preparación y en el día concreto del evento. Garantizará su buen funcionamiento. A cumplir por los promotores públicos (ayuntamientos) o privados.IPO: Registro documental y control físico de todo lo que el evento requiera
- CONTRACTING OF SUPPORTING MEANS: EONOS deals with the contracting of the provision of services that are not its own.
- ARTIST RIDER MANAGEMENT: Enable the proper response to the technical and personal specifications of each artist.

Pre-implementation
ASSEMBLY OF THE INSTALLATION
COMPLETE ELECTRICAL: With generators or connection to the grid, electrical panels and distribution of electrical lines (all own material and in accordance with current regulations).

REGISTRATION OF THE ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION: In the Delegation of the corresponding Autonomous Community.
Realization during the event
INSTALLATION CHECK: Queue management, access to bars, planning and timing of the departure time and checking the electrical loads and users of the stage.
CONTROL AND ASSISTANCE TO THE EVENT: Direct solution of possible
